These professionals are trained to operate state-of-the-art equipment to produce beautiful results as well as educate and help patients with all that we do at Serenity Creek.
Vicki Hansen
Senior Medical Aesthetician & Office Manager
Vicki Hansen is a licensed medical aesthetician specializing in leading – edge skin care, cosmetic procedures and makeup application. She obtained her aesthetician license from the Paul Mitchell Academy in 2005 and has been dedicated to skin care since.
Vicki is a member of the American Association for Esthetics Education. Her expertise includes state-of-the-art laser and cosmetic procedures such as IPL (Intense Pulse Light), laser hair removal, VelaShape™, Thermage, medical grade microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, tattoo removal and chemical peels. She also has extensive knowledge on a number of product lines including iS Clinical, DermaMedics, Revision and GloMinerals. All while tending to skin care and treatments at Serenity Creek, Vicki is also in charge of the operations Serenity Creek.
Alicia Long
Aesthetic Lead CMA & Injection Specialist
Alicia Long is Serenity Creek’s Lead Certified Medical Assistant. Alicia received her degree in Health Science from Saint Mary’s College of California while on a soccer scholarship. After moving to Texas in 2008, Alicia started her medical career at Brackenridge Hospital, where she spent two years in the trauma unit. She then moved on to a medical spa in Round Rock, serving as lead CMA, as well as the lead injection specialist. While at the medical spa in Round Rock, Alicia assisted with all surgical procedures, including Botox injections and all Filler products. Alicia also acted as a laser technician in Laser Hair Removal, IPL Photofacials, and Cellulite reduction therapies as well as doing some skin aesthetics, microdermabrasions, and chemical peels. At Serenity Creek, Alicia performs the same roles, treatments, and services that she has done in the past three years.
Proficient in skin analysis, laser treatments and product selection, Alicia can put together a skin regime for any skin type. Alicia has extensive product training in iS Clinical, DermaMedics, Revision and Glo Minerals. She is currently in the Nursing program at Austin Community College and is projected to graduate in May 2014. Alicia ensures the flow of your procedure will be smooth and relaxing and that all of your needs will be met. She has a passion for interacting with people and is happy to answer any questions or concerns before, during or after your procedures.
At Serenity Creek, Alicia performs the same roles, treatments, and services that she has done in the past, she is also in charge of the hCG program and all hCG patients.
Alicia has extensive product training in iS Clinical, DermaMedics, Revision Skincare, Young Pharmaceuticals and Glo Minerals. The ArqueDerma technique is a revolutionary technique using dermal fillers, Alicia is one of the few injection specialist in Austin that is professionally trained and certified.
Sarah McCullough
Patient Care Coordinator
Sarah McCullough is the patient care coordinator at Serenity Creek Med Spa. She is in charge of scheduling appointments for patients, keeping employees on schedule, coordinating meetings, andassisting with inventory and marketing materials.
Sarah is also trained in product knowledge about Obagi Medical Products, Revision Skincare, Young Pharmaceuticals, iS Clinical, glo Minerals,and Clarisonic Facial Brush.
Before joining the Serenity Creek Med Spa team Sarah worked at Kids ‘R’ Kids as an Assistant Teacher where she provided care for infants and toddlers and taught kids weekly.
Previous to Kids ‘R’ Kids Sarah worked as a Front Desk Agent at the Crowne Plaza in Houston. She then started cosmetology school at Paul Mitchell, later decided to make a more scenic, medical route, and plans to attend Aesthetician school soon and become a Medical Aesthetician.
